[Putin] You know, we are all living now under the impression of what
happened in the United States. On a totally serious note, indeed, I am
being bestowed this honourary title for the future, because I also feel
guilty of what has happened. Yes, we spoke a lot about this threat but
not enough it seems. Terrorism has evolved in a most terrible way in front
of our eyes. Today, this is a truly global threat of the new century. Without
any exaggeration, I believe, I think that there is every reason to compare
